I love that Brooke is determined and committed to learning and teaching. She became a college professor at 23. At 23, I was still trying to figure out what I wanted to do with my life and here Brooke is teaching young students how to become better writers and thinkers. Brooke is an inspiring educator and her students are truly lucky for having such a unique teacher and friend. I am very excited to marry Brooke and become part of her family. Over the past nine and half years, I got to know her mom, dad, and sister very well. We have shared birthdays, holidays, and vacations together. Whether good times or bad, they have always gone out of their way to make me feel like part of their group and I feel truly blessed to be joining their family. Although Brooke may not remember it, I knew Brooke was the woman I wanted to marry one of the first few times I spoke to her. I remember she told me she had an old soul, and I remember thinking thats interesting because I always thought I had an old soul too. It felt like we were a match made in heaven. I love Brooke, with all my heart, and I look forward to our future together, two old souls, sharing their lives, hopes, and dreams.

and the Philadelphia Eagles, and he looks forward to games every Sunday. Justin will even root for the Ravens if they aren't playing against his team. One of Justin's most cherished moments is taking his parents to an Eagles game.
I feel so fortunate not only to be marrying Justin, but to be joining his family. Justin has such loving, caring, and giving parents, and I truly could not ask for better family members. Justin's parents and sister are already like family to me, and they show their love and appreciation in so many ways.
I am so excited for our June wedding, and I can't wait to finally marry Justin! I am looking forward not only to our beautiful celebration with family and friends, but to many years together as husband and wife.

There are so many things I love about Brooke that I find it difficult to put them into words. Brooke is a very compassionate person and she cares very deeply about animals, not just her own, but all animals whether it be dogs, cats, rabbits, horses, deer, turtles, or even bugs. I have always thought you can tell a lot about a person by how they treat animals and Brooke is wonderful at making sure that each animal gets the love and care it deserves.
Brooke is incredibly smart, witty and sarcastic, all qualities that I enjoy very much. A good friend of mine once told me that laughter is a good cure for reality and it is hard to imagine facing the world without Brooke's touch of humor on my side. Brooke has an unique

ability to light up the room when she talks and I always enjoy when she shares her latest adventures with me. I look forward to sharing many more of those adventures with her in the future.
Brooke is also creative. She has a brilliant knack for turning the most ordinary of things into something beautiful. Whether it is sewing a table cloth, photographing a wedding, creating a webpage, painting a chair, or baking a beautiful multi-layered pink cake, Brooke has always demonstrated a knack for expressing herself through her work. It is particularly impressive to see her creative ability come together with her entrepreneurial spirit as it has so many times over the past few years with the creation of her nail polish blog and her photography business. Mountains of nail polish aside, I have always truly respected the amount of time and effort Brooke puts into creating a successful business. She loves what she does and she loves being creative and I love that about her. A creative person myself, I truly could not imagine spending my life with anyone else. I love how Brooke sees the world and I value and treasure her unique perspective.

Recreation); he cooks incredible vegetarian dinners for us, like wonton soup (his specialty!), fajitas, and minestrone soup; when I find a bug in the house, he doesn't kill it, but instead carefully collects it and takes it outside. Justin also gives me the most thoughtful cards. I have saved all the cards he has given me over the past 9+ years - there is everything from a "Happy Halloween from the cats" card to a "I love you just because" card, and I feel so grateful that he takes the time to show his appreciation for me through the words he writes in those cards.
Justin is also a very dedicated person, not just to me, but to the things he values. He works very hard at his job, at training for marathons, and he is definitely dedicated to football! Justin has run two full marathons and eight half marathons; he has run out of water, injured his knee, and hit bad weather, but Justin has completed every single race - which I find absolutely incredible (during these races I normally enjoy a big breakfast with Justin's parents and then photograph him crossing the finish line!). Justin also loves football. He has been a lifelong fan of both the Miami Dolphins

Justin is funny, compassionate, and caring, and those are three traits that have always stood out to me. I always knew I would marry a man with a good sense of humor; my dad is known for his great sense of humor and my mom is extremely sarcastic. Humor is part of our family, and Justin's sense of humor fits right in. But Justin is also extremely caring and compassionate. He has rescued animals running loose near the road, and he loves and cares for the dogs and cats - and foster pets - we have taken in from shelters and rescues. On top of that, Justin cares about me. If my feet are sore, he massages them (while watching a "Brooke show" like Modern Family or Parks and
